HDFC Pension has appointed Ravindra Pingle as its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With more than 17 years of experience in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance, Ravindra will be responsible for steering the company’s security strategy, enhancing governance, and strengthening defenses against the ever-changing cyber threat landscape.
Before joining HDFC Pension, Ravindra served as Head of Information Security at Lyra, where he successfully led enterprise-wide security initiatives, compliance programs, and digital risk management for close to four years. His professional journey also spans leadership roles at FIS, Integreon, NIIT Technologies, TVSNET Technologies, and 3i Infotech, where he gained extensive expertise in PCI-DSS, ISO standards, business continuity management, VAPT, and large-scale security audits.
A specialist in firewalls, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, BCM, and policy frameworks, Ravindra has consistently designed and implemented resilient security infrastructures to protect critical business operations. His deep technical expertise and proven leadership make him a valuable asset in advancing HDFC Pension’s digital transformation and customer trust agenda.
