Dr. Ramkumari Harisankar Iyer has assumed the dual responsibility of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Reliscale Consulting Pvt Ltd, where she has been a driving force for over eight years. In this role, she is instrumental in shaping the company’s IT roadmap, fortifying cybersecurity practices, and ensuring strong digital governance across client projects.
With close to 30 years of extensive experience across global technology and consulting enterprises, Dr. Iyer has established a remarkable career in cloud applications, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, information security management, incident response, and agile IT transformations. Her leadership has consistently enabled organizations to achieve secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology outcomes.
Prior to Reliscale, she held senior leadership positions at Wipro, Infosys, iGATE, and other multinational firms across telecom, financial services, and insurance sectors—where she drove service excellence, IT portfolio optimization, and global account delivery.
Recognized as a thought leader and speaker in cybersecurity and enterprise IT strategy, Dr. Iyer also serves as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for multiple clients, further enhancing her expertise in compliance and governance.
