Shivaji Manwadkar has been elevated to the position of Chief Security Officer (CSO) at SBFC Finance Limited, marking an important milestone in his career and reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to strengthening its security and technology leadership.
In his new role, Shivaji will lead the enterprise-wide security strategy, protect critical IT infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and further enhance cyber and operational security frameworks across SBFC Finance. Shivaji has progressed through several key roles at SBFC Finance Limited, including Senior Manager – IT, Manager IT – Tech Lead, and earlier as a Technical Analyst, providing him with a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective of the company’s technology and security ecosystem.
Before rejoining SBFC Finance, he served as Manager – IT at HDFC Bank, where he gained valuable experience working within large-scale banking technology environments. Earlier in his career, he held technical and consulting roles at Saksoft and Impact Infotech, building a strong foundation in IT operations and enterprise systems.
With extensive experience across fintech and banking technology, Shivaji Manwadkar’s elevation to CSO positions him to play a pivotal role in strengthening SBFC Finance’s security posture as the organisation continues to expand its digital and business operations.
