Akanksha Garg has joined ProtocolRoots Private Limited as Chief Information Security Officer & Data Protection Officer.
Before joining ProtocolRoots, Garg spent over five years at HDFC Securities, where she most recently held the position of Data Protection Officer & Head – Digital Products PMO.
During her tenure at HDFC Securities, she also served as Head – Digital Products PMO, leading initiatives in digital transformation, digital strategy and trading systems.
Earlier in her career, Garg served as Co-Head Products at Reliance Securities (Reliance Money) Limited. She also spent nearly eight years at 63 moons technologies, where she held various positions, including Sr. Product Analyst, Associate Product Analyst and Deputy Product Analyst.
She began her professional journey in the financial services sector, gaining over nine years of experience in roles such as Portfolio Manager – Research Advisory & PCG and Sr. Equity Research Analyst.
In her new role at ProtocolRoots, Garg will draw on her extensive experience in information security, data protection, digital products and financial services.
