Pavankumar Shukla has been appointed as the Head of Information Security & Data Protection Officer (DPO) at IDfy, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in cybersecurity, GRC, privacy, and enterprise risk management. In this key leadership role, he will drive IDfy’s security strategy, enhance data protection frameworks, and ensure compliance across its identity verification and risk intelligence ecosystem.
Before joining IDfy, Pavankumar led Cyber Security, GRC, and Privacy at Delhivery, where he shaped enterprise-wide security strategy, built scalable governance frameworks, and strengthened cyber resilience for one of India’s largest logistics platforms. He previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer at TIFIN, where he advanced security maturity for the rapidly growing US–India wealth-tech firm.
Earlier, he spent over seven years with LTI (Larsen & Toubro Infotech) in Belgium, managing global security programs and improving information risk governance for multinational clients. He has also held significant cybersecurity positions at Reliance Communications, Nomura, Lehman Brothers, Travelex, and CMS Computers, building a strong foundation across technical, operational, and leadership domains in financial services and technology.
With extensive experience spanning data privacy, GRC, cyber risk, cloud security, security engineering, and incident response, Pavankumar is well-equipped to strengthen IDfy’s security posture and advance its data protection initiatives as the company scales its digital trust platform globally.
