Raghav Grandhi has been appointed as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Ramoji Group, marking an important step in strengthening the group’s cybersecurity and information security capabilities.
In his new role, Raghav will lead the organization’s enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the protection of critical digital assets.
Previously, he served as Associate Vice President at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, where he was responsible for overseeing the overall security strategy, implementing strong security policies, and managing risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives to enhance the organization’s security posture.
Earlier, he worked as Senior Manager – Information Security at Incozen Therapeutics Pvt Ltd, where he led cybersecurity initiatives such as zero-trust architecture, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and cloud security implementations aligned with global compliance standards.
He has also held key leadership roles at GVPR Engineers Ltd and Balaji Railroad Systems Ltd, focusing on enterprise security architecture, IT infrastructure, and risk mitigation across large-scale operations.
With extensive experience in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and enterprise security governance, Raghav Grandhi’s appointment highlights Ramoji Group’s commitment to building a strong and secure digital ecosystem.
