Arnab Biswas has been named the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at BOBCARD, where he will spearhead the organization’s information and cybersecurity agenda. With 15+ years of expertise across financial services, consulting, and technology, he has consistently built robust security frameworks, strengthened enterprise risk postures, and protected digital infrastructures.
Prior to this, Arnab held the CISO position at Axis Securities Limited and Tata Payments Limited, where he directed cybersecurity operations for highly regulated financial entities. During his tenure at Tata Digital, he drove cloud security initiatives across Azure, GCP, and on-premise setups, advancing best practices in identity management, threat intelligence, compliance, and offensive security. His earlier leadership journey at ICICI Bank included pioneering threat hunting programs, building a Security Data Lake, and developing insider risk analytics.
Beyond banking and fintech, Arnab also contributed his skills in consulting at Protiviti, while a creative sabbatical in documentary photography added a distinctive dimension to his leadership style. His deep knowledge of cloud security, red teaming, data protection, and compliance uniquely positions him to guide BOBCARD’s next phase of cyber resilience and innovation.
