Neurealm has appointed Kavitha Ayappan as its new Vice President – Cyber Security and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Bringing with her over 20 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership, governance, risk management, and enterprise IT strategy, Kavitha will be instrumental in enhancing Neurealm’s cyber resilience and risk posture.
Before joining Neurealm, Kavitha spearheaded key cybersecurity initiatives at prominent organizations such as Cholamandalam Investment and Finance, Aspire Systems, and Prodapt. Her professional journey also includes significant contributions at Cognizant, Ramco Systems, and Telefon Technologies, where she was responsible for building scalable risk frameworks and leading major digital security programs.
Kavitha’s core strengths lie in cyber risk management, incident response, regulatory compliance, cloud security, and data governance. Recognized as a strategic leader with deep technical expertise, she is known for developing high-performance teams and driving large-scale cybersecurity transformations. Her appointment is expected to further strengthen Neurealm’s security infrastructure as the company continues to scale innovation and reinforce customer trust.
