Burgess Cooper has taken on the role of CEO – Operational Technology Cybersecurity Business at Adani Enterprises Limited. Backed by over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership, digital risk, and strategic transformation, Burgess will spearhead Adani’s push for innovation and sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving enterprise environment.
Prior to joining Adani, Burgess held senior leadership roles at globally reputed firms such as EY, Vodafone India, and HSBC. At EY, he spent a decade as Cybersecurity Partner & Deputy Leader, where he played a pivotal role in shaping national cybersecurity strategies and guiding organizations through complex digital transitions. His earlier positions as SVP & CISO at Vodafone India and AVP of Information Security at HSBC further highlight his strong foundation in enterprise security, governance, and operational resilience. Burgess’s deep expertise positions him to lead Adani Enterprises into a secure and digitally forward future.
