Manoj Arora has stepped into the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. With nearly two decades of experience across cybersecurity, information security management, and IT risk governance, Manoj will lead the company’s cybersecurity strategy and strengthen its security posture across all digital touchpoints.
Before joining PNB MetLife, Manoj held key leadership roles at top organizations including Religare Finvest, EXL, Wipro, and IBM. At Religare Finvest, he served as VP & CISO, where he successfully led major cybersecurity initiatives and fortified enterprise-wide information security frameworks. His core strengths include IT security assessments, cloud security, vulnerability management, and building high-impact InfoSec programs.
