Tejas Shah Steps Down as Head of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Applications at Prince Pipes

Tejas Shah has stepped down from his role as Head – IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Applications at Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd. after serving in the position for over four years.

At Prince Pipes, Shah was responsible for a broad technology mandate spanning IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. His responsibilities also included initiatives around ISO 27001, greenfield plant setup, cybersecurity-related support deployment and assessment, IT infrastructure-related new initiatives, projects, evaluation and assessment, partner and solutions comparison & deployment, data warehouse implementation, and IT budget management.

Prior to joining Prince Pipes, Shah served as Deputy Director – CIO / Head of IT at Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) / NMIMS, where his mandate covered IT infrastructure, information security, IT audit, and networking.

He has also held the position of Head – IT Infrastructure at Axis Finance Ltd., where he was responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of IT functions, along with enterprise IT architecture and audit-related responsibilities.

With experience spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and enterprise technology, Shah built a career across diverse sectors, including financial services and education, before taking on his technology leadership role at Prince Pipes.

His next move is expected to be closely watched by the technology industry. Details regarding his next assignment and the leadership structure following his departure are yet to be announced.
