Yogesh Kulkarni has joined STL – Sterlite Technologies Limited as Group Chief Information Security Officer – Global.
Prior to joining STL, Kulkarni served as Group Chief Information Security Officer at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, where he led cybersecurity strategy and governance, risk management, audits and compliance, incident management, data privacy, and IoT/OT security.
Before that, he spent over four years at Pidilite Industries as Head – Information Security, overseeing cybersecurity operations, network and infrastructure security, Zero Trust, endpoint and mobile security, identity and access management, application and data security, threat management, compliance, and SOC operations.
Earlier, Kulkarni held the position of Information Security Lead – Global at Lupin, where he managed security operations across India and global subsidiaries, covering OT, network, infrastructure, and cloud security.
He has also held leadership roles in security and infrastructure at WNS Global Services and Reliance Communications, gaining extensive experience in network security, SOC operations, IT audits, firewall management, WAN infrastructure, and security projects.
In his new role at STL, Kulkarni will focus on strengthening the group’s global cybersecurity strategy, enhancing cyber resilience, managing risks, and building digital trust.
