Aman Gandhi has joined L’Oréal as Head of Cybersecurity – Global Tech Hub-India, based in Hyderabad, effective August 2026.
Before joining L’Oréal, Gandhi spent nearly six years at Saint-Gobain as Cyber Security Manager, where he led the cybersecurity service line across Offensive Security and the Identify, Protect, Detect and React domains.
Prior to Saint-Gobain, Gandhi spent nearly four years at Bajaj Finserv, holding roles including Cluster Manager – Information Security and Manager – Information Security.
Earlier in his career, he served as Group Lead – Amdocs Cyber Security Center at Amdocs, where he contributed to cybersecurity operations and security management.
Gandhi began his cybersecurity journey at Paladion, taking on multiple roles including Senior Security Consultant & Manager – SOC, Team Lead and Senior Security Engineer. His responsibilities covered SOC operations, security monitoring, incident handling, ArcSight ESM implementation, log management and security event analysis.
He started his professional career with Arcelia IT Services as a Network Engineer, gaining experience in network infrastructure, UTM policy installation, project planning and data centre operations.
With more than 15 years of experience across cybersecurity, security operations, offensive security, information security and network security, Gandhi brings extensive expertise to his new role at L’Oréal.
