With over two decades of expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and digital payment systems, he will spearhead Discover’s regional strategy on risk, security, and regulatory excellence across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
In his distinguished career, Bharat has held senior leadership positions at FIS, NPCI, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Citi, Reliance Communications, and Avaya. His core expertise includes enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, payment systems, fraud mitigation, and regulatory affairs. He is credited with building high-performing teams, driving large-scale risk transformations, and establishing strong governance frameworks.
