Harshneel Nanche has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at PayU Finance India Private Limited, marking a key step in strengthening the organization’s cyber resilience, governance, and regulatory compliance framework.
In this role, Nanche will oversee information security strategy, cyber risk management, compliance, and incident response, supporting PayU Finance’s mission to deliver secure, scalable digital financial services.
Before joining PayU Finance, he served as vCISO at Airtel Digital, where he led security governance initiatives across cloud security, third-party risk, audits, and business continuity. His earlier stints include senior security leadership roles at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited and Vodafone Idea Limited, handling GRC, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and large security operations teams.
Nanche’s career foundation in risk advisory and assurance spans Deloitte India, Genpact, and FIS, complemented by early banking experience at State Bank of India.
With deep cross-sector expertise across fintech, telecom, BFSI, and consulting, his appointment reinforces PayU Finance’s focus on security-first growth and regulatory confidence.
