IIFL Home Loans has brought on Gunjan Mody as its new CISO. With close to 20 years of practical experience spanning cyber‑risk management, data privacy and large‑scale information‑security programmes, he will shape the lender’s security roadmap—protecting customer data and strengthening its technology stack as the firm scales up its digital‑lending plans.
Prior to this move, Mody directed enterprise‑level security efforts as CISO at PNB Housing Finance, led complex cyber‑risk projects as an Associate Director at Deloitte, and established strong security controls at financial heavyweights including Barclays and Indymac Bank. Early stints at Wipro and HCL Comnet sharpened his skills in security consulting, IT and IS audits, and regulatory compliance.
Mody’s extensive expertise in cybersecurity, risk evaluation and privacy—alongside a track record of building high‑performing security teams—makes him a key strategic asset as IIFL Home Loans pursues further growth and resilience.
