GreenPoint Global has announced the promotion of Pramod Kumar Dubey to Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With more than two decades of experience in information security, risk management, and business transformation, Pramod will now lead the company’s technology vision, cybersecurity strategy, and innovation agenda—ensuring IT remains tightly aligned with GreenPoint’s global growth objectives.
During his 14+ years at GreenPoint Global, Pramod has been instrumental in advancing data protection, privacy, compliance, and enterprise risk management. In his most recent role as Executive Director – DPO & CISO, he spearheaded several transformative programs in cybersecurity, third-party risk management, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with leading clients such as DCL Lab, Finastra, and Canada Life.
Earlier in his career, Pramod held leadership positions at Bayer Business Services, QualityKiosk, Hapag-Lloyd IT Services, and Maersk Line, where he honed expertise in ISMS, IT governance, digital transformation, and quality management. Recognized for building high-performing teams and establishing resilient governance frameworks, he has also championed innovation through automation, AI, cloud, and analytics.
In his new capacity, Pramod is poised to strengthen GreenPoint’s digital foundation, enhance cyber resilience, and accelerate innovation—driving competitiveness and business excellence in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
