Hemant’s appointment adds an experienced leader with deep industry expertise to Zscaler’s robust global leadership team, reinforcing the company’s mission to support organizations in their zero-trust journey.

Hemant joins Zscaler with more than two decades of leadership experience, having served in key roles at global technology organizations. Most recently, Hemant was Regional Vice President at Databricks and UiPath, where he made significant contributions to advancing cloud computing, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. His diverse experience also includes integral roles at SAP and Tech Mahindra, where he oversaw strategic operations across key verticals and geographies, as well as spearheading corporate business and regional sales at Microsoft for over a decade.
