Prior to this, Neeraj held key leadership roles at IDFC FIRST Bank, Capital First Limited, and NSEIT, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing security frameworks, vulnerability management, and digital resilience. His deep knowledge of application security, incident response, and technology-driven risk management will be instrumental in advancing Kotak Mahindra Bank’s cybersecurity excellence.
