Neeraj Naidu has stepped into the role of Chief Information Security Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Bringing extensive expertise in technology risk management, security incident response, and IT security assessments, he now spearheads the bank’s cybersecurity strategy, risk mitigation efforts, and security innovation. Prior to this, Neeraj held key leadership roles at IDFC FIRST Bank, Capital First Limited, and NSEIT, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing security frameworks, vulnerability management, and digital resilience. His deep knowledge of application security, incident response, and technology-driven risk management will be instrumental in advancing Kotak Mahindra Bank’s cybersecurity excellence.
