Before taking up this position, Bhandari was serving as Vice President & Business Head at KYW Tech Private Limited. He has also been associated with NTT DATA earlier as Associate Director – IT & Networks, a role he held for nearly three years.
Prior to rejoining NTT DATA, he worked as Senior Manager – IT at Coforge, overseeing IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, critical incident management, change management and digital transformation. He also led initiatives in IT asset management, hybrid contact centre solutions and information security compliance, including PCI-DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Earlier, Bhandari spent over four years with Collabera as Senior Manager – IT, where he managed IT infrastructure and application service delivery. His responsibilities included driving digitalisation through cloud, AI and data analytics, optimising IT processes, securing ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, and leading multiple technology transformation initiatives.
He also served as Senior Service Desk Manager at Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services. At the beginning of his career, he worked with HCL Technologies as a Server Administrator, managing Windows servers, user account lifecycles and service performance reporting.
Bhandari started his professional journey at IBM as Team Lead – IT Infrastructure and Operations. During his tenure, he handled incident management, client escalations, team management and IT systems upgrade projects under IBM’s Global Delivery Framework.
Bringing extensive experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, governance, risk management, compliance, digital transformation and technology operations, Bhandari is well-positioned to lead information security initiatives in his new role at NTT DATA.
