Prashant Goyal has joined Indus Towers Limited as Head of Information Security, where he will spearhead the company’s enterprise-wide information security and cybersecurity strategy.
In his new role, Prashant will be responsible for governance, risk and compliance (GRC), audits, enterprise security architecture, and regulatory adherence, including compliance with the DPDP Act. His charter focuses on strengthening cyber resilience through DevSecOps adoption, advanced security monitoring, robust third-party risk management, and organization-wide security awareness initiatives.
He will collaborate closely with application, digital, infrastructure, and cloud teams to embed security-by-design across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). In addition, he will lead business continuity planning (BCP), security governance frameworks, and executive-level cybersecurity steering programs.
Previously, Prashant held senior leadership positions at organizations such as IndiGo, SBI Cards & Payment Services, and ANI Technologies (OLA). In these roles, he built and led large-scale security and network operations across data centers, cloud platforms, enterprise networks, and highly regulated environments.
With deep expertise in information security management, cybersecurity, GRC, data privacy, and enterprise infrastructure security, Prashant brings a strong mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution to Indus Towers’ ongoing security transformation journey.
