Randstad has appointed Sukeshini Horannavar as Vice President & Data Protection Officer (DPO), reinforcing its leadership emphasis on data privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible data governance across its global operations.
In this role, Sukeshini will spearhead the organization’s data protection strategy, with responsibility for GDPR compliance, privacy risk management, data governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide privacy initiatives aligned with evolving regulatory standards.
She brings close to two decades of extensive experience in data privacy, data mapping, and regulatory compliance, having previously held senior privacy leadership positions at ITC Infotech, Genpact, Infosys, and Tata Consultancy Services. Her background includes building and scaling privacy programs across large, complex multinational organizations.
Sukeshini’s appointment highlights Randstad’s ongoing commitment to trust, transparency, and robust data protection practices, at a time when data privacy is becoming increasingly critical to business resilience and customer confidence.
