Chitrank S. has taken on the role of Head of Cyber Security (CISO – India Region) at Envision Energy. With over 18 years of experience in operational technology (OT) security, information security governance, and critical infrastructure protection, he brings deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to Envision’s cybersecurity initiatives in India.
Before joining Envision Energy, Chitrank held key cybersecurity and OT leadership roles at Nayara Energy, Apraava Energy, CLP India, and other leading organizations in the power and energy sector. He has led the design and rollout of OT security frameworks, greenfield Security Operations Centers (SOCs), and robust IT-OT integration strategies.
His expertise spans risk management, regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST), security operations, and ICS cybersecurity. With a strong background in instrumentation, control systems, and cybersecurity, Chitrank is well-positioned to strengthen Envision Energy’s cyber resilience and drive innovation in safeguarding sustainable energy infrastructure.
