Acronis, a global cybersecurity and data protection leader, has unveiled Acronis Ultimate 365, a comprehensive Microsoft 365 protection solution designed specifically for managed service providers (MSPs).
The new platform consolidates backup, extended detection and response (XDR), email security, collaboration app security, email archiving, security posture management, and security awareness training into a single integrated interface.

The solution addresses a critical challenge facing service providers who typically manage Microsoft 365 security through fragmented approaches involving seven or more separate tools per customer, leading to operational inefficiency and security gaps.
Acronis Ultimate 365 aims to streamline operations and accelerate revenue by enabling MSPs to onboard clients quickly without complex contract negotiations or extensive staff training.

The platform offers a centralized management dashboard for all customers and services, designed to reduce tool sprawl and minimize technician workload while maintaining robust protection against cyberthreats targeting the widely used Microsoft 365 environment.
Acronis noted that the email archiving component will be available in early access until Q2 2025, with security posture management tools nearing deployment.
