In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the company’s cybersecurity strategy, strengthening risk management frameworks, enhancing data protection capabilities, and enabling secure digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
Prior to joining LIC Housing Finance, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, where he led information security and cyber resilience programs aimed at strengthening the organization’s security posture.
Earlier, he held senior information security leadership positions at IndusInd Bank and HDB Financial Services Ltd., focusing on governance, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, and enterprise-wide security initiatives.
Before that, he worked with Reliance Industries Limited, overseeing IT general controls, information security audits, and application control reviews across critical business systems.
Earlier in his career, he gained extensive experience in risk advisory, IT audits, infrastructure security, and systems administration through roles at BDO India LLP, PwC, DSV Air and Sea Pvt. Ltd., Absolute International, Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd., and QualiSpace.
