In his new role, he will lead PropertyGuru Group’s information security strategy, safeguard critical data assets, enhance cyber resilience, and strengthen defenses against evolving digital threats as the company continues to expand its digital ecosystem across Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining PropertyGuru, Krishna served as Senior Director of Cybersecurity at Xerox, where he led multiple global security functions, including AI Security, Cloud Security, and Offensive Security. During his tenure, he played a key role in implementing AI-focused security frameworks and strengthening cloud security programs.
Earlier, he held senior leadership positions at Salesforce as Director of Security Engineering, where he led globally distributed teams responsible for scaling security products and advancing security engineering initiatives across the organization.
Before that, he headed Security Engineering and Product Security for Workspace and Endpoint Management platforms at Citrix, driving security innovation across enterprise products and services.
He also served as Global Head of Product Security & Security Engineering at Cloudera, where he established and expanded the company’s platform security function while representing the organization at international industry forums and data security events.
Earlier in his career, Krishna spent more than seven years at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. There, he managed security operations and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs for national e-governance initiatives, contributing to the security of critical digital infrastructure.
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, he has made significant contributions to the cybersecurity community, including serving as President and Chair of the (ISC)² Bangalore Chapter, where he led regional initiatives and collaborated with global security leaders.
Recognized as a thought leader in Responsible AI and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC), Krishna has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences, sharing insights on AI-driven security, big data protection, and modern cybersecurity challenges.
With over 18 years of experience spanning cybersecurity leadership, cloud security, product security, governance, risk management, and AI-powered defense strategies, he brings deep expertise in building resilient security programs and enabling secure innovation at scale.
